This is a learning from our first and second user test: We are so used to static video representations that it is not a learned gesture yet, to click and drag your video.

What about a playful, interactive onboarding sequence that lets you experience the interaction pattern drag and drop?  We came up with this small sequence and it seems promising to implement it either to join a session or once you land within a call.

We are really keen to implement this and get some user feedback.
